How our online appointment request works:
1) Appointments must be requested a MINIMUM of 72 hours in advance. If your pet needs to be seen more urgently, please call our office at (770) 433-1414.
2) We will attempt to give you the requested appointment. If we cannot meet your request, we will offer you the closest available time.
3) A confirmation E-mail will be sent to you. Without this confirmation E-mail, your appointment is NOT guaranteed.
4) Appointments may be requested for up to two pets at one appointment time. Please fill out multiple forms for more pets, or call us at (770) 433-1414.
5) Online appointments may NOT be requested for any surgical procedure at this time.
